Personnel Selection

  • Must have a stable work history

  • Must possess good communication skills

  • Must follow the mission set by C & F Security

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be well-groomed and clean-shaven

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time.

  • Having a security guard license is a plus.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

C & F Security, LLC is committed to providing a safe and productive work environment for all employees. At any time, an employee of C & F Security can be asked to provide a blood or urine sample, collected by a medical professional to determine the illicit use of Marijuana, Cocaine, Alcohol, or any other type of illegal drug or illegal substance.

 

C & F Security, LLC conducts Drug Tests at Random with reasonable suspicion, and/or, if an accident has occurred involving an employee of C & F Security, LLC. Random drug testing will be done at the company’s sole discretion and may be conducted at any time during the course of employment with C & F Security, LLC.

 

Due to limitations imposed by law, if an employee refuses to provide a urine or blood sample it shall result in immediate termination of employment with C & F Security, LLC.
